Green Mountain Energy (GME) reached out to Digital Products in an effort to define and deploy a mobile application that would differentiate their brand in the competitive residential energy market. The app would need to focus on reducing friction and increasing satisfaction, as well as incorporate a feature-set which plays on GME's unique positioning to increase brand loyalty.

Leveraging GME’s unique positioning and brand, we wanted to create a mobile experience that allows users to track usage, pay bills, and manage account. Tasked with creating a feature set that increased customer engagement, increased brand loyalty, and would help the client become a $1-billion company by 2020.
